This is probably the only device on Android that will come close to the S6 this year. The display and camera are huge advantages of the S6 and the G4 seems to hold them as strengths, too. I'm personally just not sold on the LG UI at all and that's a huge drawback from using the device. It also seems to have a lot in common with the G Flex 2, although more subtle, and that just doesn't help. If the display and camera are references for a new Nexus, however, then I'm all aboard with LG later this year.

Obviously, we need more information. At first blush, LG opted for slower RAM, slower, less energy efficient chipset, no UFS 2.0. With a power hungry display and slower less efficient chipset, looks like M9 battery take 2. No wireless charging without a back that you have to buy. No mobile payment systems. No rapid charging. No IR blaster. Power switch, volume rocker and external speaker on the back so last gen. UI klunkier and just as heavy as the TouchWiz in my old GS4. However, as I mentioned earlier, love the display and the camera. They both look very nice so far. Still not a phablet fan. Don't want to hold at a tablet up to my ear to make a call.

Yeah...LOTS of advantages for the S6, for sure!
