How to set my personal contact info on S6?

Hey guys, I've looked through the forum and haven't been able to figure out this issue with my S6. When I click on my profile in the contacts app, it only lists my name and nothing else. There's another contact in the list with all of my detailed info, but there's no way for me to merge the two. My N5 would update my personal info based on my Google+ profile, but my S6 apparently isn't doing anything. Any tips?

În contacts, go to settings and click on merge and select the contacts you want to merge.

I know how to merge contacts, but that wasn't the question. The question was how to make a default/personal contact...like if I tried to send my contact info to someone else using the 'send contact info' feature, where can you set that default information, and where can you view it in contacts...?
