I've searched and searched through plenty of forums online.. no luck as of yet!

I have a Verizon S6 64GB and after I was frustrated with Snaps not sending, finally I hopped on WiFi and everything sent successfully as well as recieved all of the ones that I missed.

Background data is enabled, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Snapchat. Cleared data and cache.. and none of my other apps are having issues on LTE. Help!

    Same issue. Verizon S6, 32GB.
Also seems to extend beyond Snapchat...

TheScore and Inbox are two others I've noticed.

I also get zero notifications from apps like Hangouts when I am on LTE.
Then, I connect to Wifi and all the notifications come in.

Anyone else having these glaring problems?

Try turning off VoLTE and see if this helps.

I'm wondering if it's google trying to push everything data intensive to wifi on behalf of the carriers and this is just a test to find out how it's going to work.

Was having the same problem on my samsung galaxy grand prime, plus I could not download apps from playstore on my LTE either. But I got it fixed by resetting app preferences in the application manager..going to all..and clicking menu. Hope this helps anyone just in case you haven't gotten it figured it!

I was having the same problem so I went into my settings went to applications and where it says block apps click and select snapchat then select priority notifications and it fixed it. Hope this works for you all.

I too was having this problem on my Xperia z3v. I did some looking around and it seems that some of our phones when updated were put by default into the "global" network mode rather than LTE. So try going to settings>networks >mobile networks and select LTE rather than global. Just so you know, although this just worked for me,I haven't found this to be a proven fix, but I'll come back to update. (: cheers guys, hope it helps.

Where does it allow you to block apps? I have a galaxy s5 and can't find the "applications". I find application manager, but that doesn't allow me to block apps.
