Help understanding restricted data
I just got a Galaxy S6 and I am confused about data usage and restricted apps.
Under Data Usage I have several apps listed as "restricted" and others have the used data. How did these apps become "restricted" They are not the only apps with restrict background data turned on. These "restricted apps" change when a different cycle is selected. I am wondering why they are restricted and what is restricted.
