    Call recipients can't hear me when I make calls. This is very frustrating. I first thought it may be connection issues or something, but literally every call the person on the other end can't hear me. I can hear them fine however. So I tried recording me talking with the voice recorder and can't hear anything either. Not sure if it uses the same microphone, but when I shoot video it does pick up the audio. I just got this phone and was really happy with it until now. Please let me know if there's anything I can try to fix this or if I just gotta get it fixed or replaced. Would appreciate it.

    Same exact issue. After doing some basic troubleshooting with no success, I discuss this with Samsung support. What's next? SMART SWITCH to PC - factory reset - test voice recording - SMART SWITCH to device. If the test is unsuccessful, there's nothing left except to replace a defective microphone. At least now I know I'm not alone in this frustration.
