Help with Camera and phone shortcuts on lock screen

If this has alreday been in discussion, please point me in the right direction but is there any way to turn off the shortcuts for the camera and the phone because that is an easy way to gain access to the phone and bypass the fingerprint unlock feature!

If the phone is locked....

All you can do with the cam is take a picture. You can't look at pictures that have been taken.
You can only call 911 on the phone

No - there is no option to remove these features, but you can install a different lock screen - try CM locker. I used it for a short period of time, it has lot of features.
