How can I get smart lock working?

Smart Lock Not Working

Hi everybody - Smart Lock is not working on my Galaxy S6. I am using the fingerprint as my main method of securing the phone. I have Smart Lock set up with "Home" as a trusted place, and have my home address added. However, every time I come back to my phone at home, it's locked and it asks for a password. This wasn't happening before, or with other Android phones. Any ideas how to fix this?

Smart lock is hit and miss for me too. I don't have the S6, but on both my G4 and my ZenFone2.

Try adding a neighbor's adress. I did this on mine, and while not flawless, it has increased the reliability.

Hit and miss lately for me, had been working great.
