Page swipe option gone

When originally purchased i was able to scroll/swipe screens from left to right or from the left bottom up on a diagonal swipe on certain apps.... Just noticed that feature is gone or somehow disabled. Anyone know how to get it back? Thanks

Yeah i knew when i wrote that i wasnt being clear... Sorry. My screens used to have several pages one on top of the other and you could turn them by swiping from the lower left corner of the screen upwards on a diagonal. That would keep the screen the same but yet show another page of the app on that same screen. Then it stopped doing it after awhile. Facebook had it and several other apps. It was very convenient and then suddenly gone. Does that help? Thanks.
