I have copied my contacts from my old phone via Bluetooth to this device and then I used the "Move device contacts to" option in the contacts app and choose the Samsung Account option to back them up. But what if I decide to switch to a non-Samsung device? How do I take the contacts from Samsung Account and at least copy them to Google account?

Probably the easiest way would be to Export the contacts from the phone, then import that .vcf or .csv file into your Google Contacts (on the web).

I generally recommend associating your contacts with your Google Contacts, not the Samsung account or the Device account. Google Contacts sync immediately and constantly, and are very easy to access anywhere. You can take any Android device, add your Google account, and all of your contacts will appear. That isn't the case with a Samsung account (or the Device account).
