Mystery device showed up in bluetooth

So I have this mystery device showing up in my bluetooth devices as if I've paired and allowed it. But I just got my new phone very recently and only paired it once at home with my bluetooth speaker. Is there any way to find out what type of device it is? I'm curious. When I click on it i see 0 options besides unpair. Instead of showing as a model # of a phone or headset or speaker it is a nickname. Not sure what bluetooth devices allow you to nickname the device bluetooth ID. Thanks for any help or pointing in the right direction.

Welcome to Android Central! You can rename any Bluetooth device--just tap the gear/settings icon next to it and type in a new name (at least, I can do that on my Zenfone 2).

If you're just not sure, then Forget the device.
