Problem syncing contacts with car

I have a new car and when trying to sync contacts via Bluetooth all it adds is 100s of email accounts. I've tried everything conceivable with my contact settings but nothing changes.
The man at the dealership think it's to do with my phone's settings and also said something about saving contacts to the phone and not to sim. Not sure how to access either. Cannot find the email addresses that keep uploading anywhere on my phone.

Any idea if there's a way around this? The car is a mazda with the mzd connect system. It doesn't allow you to add contacts manually or would do that.
