Have paired my phone to my laptop with Windows 10. Can send files from pc to phone, but trying to go the other way, phone to pc, I will get a brief flicker of a "connected" message on the laptop and then it goes back to paired the phone gets a message that transfer failed. Never get a notification on the PC that it is trying to receive a file. Same thing happens when I pair my tablet to the pc. When I pair the phone to the tablet transfers work fine both directions. What Dumb User thing am I doing wrong?

if you need to copy files across use the usb lead. it is faster and easier.
or for a wireless solution try the AirDroid app.

I downloaded a new driver from the intel web site and now it works fine. Good luck!

Actually, I think it might have been the HP website. I have an HP Spectre 360.
