    Somebody please explain this.

    1. Completely empty battery, Samsung S6, 5.1.1 Android
    2. Charger connection, fast/quick charge starts
    3. At 15% switching on the phone
    4. Phone starts, takes less than a minute, entering PIN, etc...
    5. During this one minute something happens...

Because the battery now says 54%

So is it either some sensor-related stuff, or the running OS mascarades the real battery power.
    Or God knows. No idea.

    What is your opinion?

Fast charging is amazing. It's even faster when the phone is turned off. It's most likely accurate and not an issue

I think it is inaccurate. My s6 goes up to 50 from 0 in about 20 mins so your battery should not jump from 15 to 54 that quickly
