How do I stop pop ups on my Galaxy S6?

Pop ups on Galaxy S6

I Get popups from everything from google play store,to "Warning Phone Infected with Virus" to what appear to be Facebook notifications that I Have won something. I have tried everything I can think of to stop them, including installing apps, & factory reset. It keeps happening.

Welcome to Android Central! After the factory reset, did apps automatically reinstall? Do another factory reset, but this time, after the Setup Wizard, go immediately to the Play Store and stop any app from automatically installing. Now see if the problems persist. If not, then start reinstalling your apps one by one and see if the problems start again. Be careful with games (especially knockoffs of popular ones), gambling apps, "RAM boosters," security/antivirus apps that aren't from very well-known companies (like Malwarebytes, Norton, AVG, Lookout, etc.), and of course porn.
