Why does my Samsung S6 keep loosing connection with my VW car (factory installed)?

my samsung s6 keeps loosing connection with my vw car (factory installed)

my blackberry never did this, the connection lasts only a few minutes then drops, i have restored factory settings in the car many times and paired and unpaired the phone every few minutes, i only bought the samsung so i could listen to audible and i cant do it. driving me crazy!!

Which VW do you have?
Did you review the owner's manual? The German cars have odd pairing steps on some models.

Ask dealer about software update for car Nav /BT system. Complain enough and they'll update car for free.

I think these days VW dealers are just trying to keep customers happy.
