Just browsing around the forums and saw your question. Visual voicemail is great and you don't have to get the premium paid version. It is free unless you decide you want the increased features the paid version has. I find the free version perfect and no need for more. It makes VM so much easier because you don't have to put in your password and listen to all those useless instructions every time you get a VM. It just shows them like a "play list" and you just hit the Play button to listen to it. Then just hit the little trash can icon to delete it when you want to.

Visual VM makes voicemail something worth using again, IMO. You would never want the old VM again!

I was wondering the same thing as you. I thought VVM was a paid service so I would always avoid getting it. Then someone told me there is a free version and I signed up for it and never looked back!
