How to send pictures from android to iPhone and vice versa?

So I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and my boyfriend has an iPhone 5C. He doesn't get any of my pictures that I send. And the weird part is, my best friend had the sane phone before she upgraded and she gets all my picture messages. Is it because he uses Simple Mobile? My carrier is AT&T. My best friend's carrier is T-Mobile. Someone please help me figure out what's wrong. Like, is it his settings or something? Someone please help. Thanks.

When you send pictures are you sending one photo at a time? If not, try sending one at a time and see if that works. If not then it's likely a problem with iMessage.
