I have issues sending and receiving MMS on my Galaxy S6, how can I fix this?

[AC Question]

I have issues sending and receiving MMS on my Galaxy S6

My Samsung Galaxy S6 will not send or receive MMS.

1. My WIFI is turned off
2. There are no network issues
3. I have been given a new sim card

none of these thing shave fixed it.

However if I turn my phone on and off again it works some times for a short period.

HELP PLEASE

Hello! Welcome to Android Central! You could try downloading a 3rd party app like Textra or google messenger and see if that works. If not, your next move may be a factory reset.
