How do you switch the S Voice off on Samsung S6?

How do you switch the S Voice off on Samsung S6

I received a Samsung S6 for christmas and still trying to figure it out, its not letting me go to settings, hard to swipe to move pages, but wont let me go past page 6 and its saying it goes to page 9
Ive gone to Apps .. settings .. application manager .. then swiped over to ALL list, scrolled down and select the S VOICE, and gone to turn off button, but it wont let me

In settings go to the bottom and click application settings then you'll see a voice unchecked box that says open with home button

If you can find it you can just search s voice in settings
