Help please? 'no sim' and mobile network option missing from menu - S6 edge

My S6 Edge is failing to recognise the Sim card. (aim works perfectly in another handset). I've gone into the settings menu to look at the network settings, but 'mobile networks' is now missing from the menu. Can anyone help?

I would try getting a new SIM card and see if that helps.

Have you tried a different sim in your phone?

First take the Sim card out and reinstall it, if that doesn't work try what the others are saying.
