Transferring Contacts From Broken Iphone

Hi,

I have just purchase a new Galaxy S6. My previous Iphone 5 will not charge anymore and I cannot turn it on. I have tried multiple chargers so it must be the phone and not the charging cable.

Is there a way for me to transfer my contacts from my broken Iphone to my new galaxy S6 without having to get the Iphone fixed and connect it up?

I have already brought some contacts across from what was linked to my Gmail account but this musn't have backed up rfecently as there are a lot of out of date contacts on there.

can your service provider transfer the content with the phone being dead? i know they have those transfer devices...
