100%-88% in 20 min

21 minutes off battery with 6 min of calls, 6 min of screen on and 2 minutes of Android OS and my battery is down to 88%. Nothing else shows usage... What's up with that?

Hmm... I am unsure. A few questions for you:

What is your screen brightness set to? Is it on Automatic or is it at a certain percentage all the time?
By "on screen," were you running apps like YouTube; or were you texting and browsing, etc.?
When did you start noticing this battery drop - is this the first time, or has it happened before?

Screen brightness is at about 25% as for screen on time it was probably just on in my pocket as I was on a call via BT headset. Battery life kept deteriorating over the time but I haven't installed anything in a while nor changed any settings.
When I first for the phone, I would get home with abou 50% after a day at work now I charge at noon and with 2-3 hours of YouTube I'm at 25% by 6PM
