How can I access data from the Memo app on a computer?

My Galaxy S6 screen broke and doesn't work anymore, but the phone still functions (I can still unlock the phone and turn on the flashlight by memory, for example). I just got a replacement phone, and I'm trying to get the data from the Memo app onto the new phone, or at least onto my computer. But I can't find anything relating to the app in the files that I transferred over to my computer.

Is there somewhere I'm not looking where the files could be? Is there any way for me to recover these files?
