My Dad just gave me a new Samsung Galaxy S6 the other day and so far it looks pretty nice but the most "what in the world?" detail it has is the memory. It's a 64 gigabyte model but every time I connect it to my computer, it shows that it only has .97 gigabytes of memory. On the phone, it clearly states that I have 55.** gigabytes available but transferring a 650 megabyte file to it reduces it to 16 gigabytes.
I'm already thinking of taking it back to where he bought it because having so little memory is unacceptable. Specially when these models don't come with microSDs expansions.
If anyone can offer an explanation on why this occurs, please leave a reply.
By the way, I did a factory reset but it's still the same. I've also tried other methods but it just won't give me that space.
