    Whenever someone tries to call me they get a message that my phone is not accepting calls but do not go to voicemail and it does not ring I do not get an alert of a missed call

    What carrier? IS this a new phone on the account? Was everything working fine and it started happening? Need some more info.

    Based on what you said i would suggest calling your carrier and working with them.
