Going back to iPhone is looking better everyday. Can't get help from Samsung.
Well what good are themes? I've exhausted my efforts.Of course iPhone would be better. As it has no themes to pay for. Problem solved.

Thanks, I tried to explain to support that there had to be a problem with billing. Guess we will wait for another update. I'm calmed down about. I shouldn't spend the money anyway. Stuff should work though.I have had the same issue. It required me to update Samsung Billing to complete the purchase. However the issue is with the update. I tried to uninstall the update from the application manager but you need the update to buy anything at the theme store.
