    I've started getting this error out of nowhere. I've searched online and the solutions I found were

    Clear data and cache.

    I did. But the problem persists. Does anybody else know the solution to this?

    did it happen after upgrading to marshmallow?
    have you disabled any apps or samsung services?
    have you tried over mobile data?
    have you tried switching the phone off and on?

    Something has been crazy on mine all day. Searching for payment method. Just sits there and spins. Not sure what up. I've cleared cache restarted 50 times. Dunno. It will open let me apply themes but when I try to purchase it won't load my card info.

    it was due to the Reactivation lock. To fix this you must first disable it. Go to findmymobile.samsung.com and login with the same account that the phone is under. Then go to Unlock my device and choose Disable Reactivation lock. Then you can add the Samsung account and everything like normal and re-enable the lock if you would like.

    Something is totally wrong with mine. It will not load payment info. I have tried everything. Even did a factory reset
    Sits and spins been doing it for days. Oh well guess I don't need to pay for themes.
    Going back to iPhone is looking better everyday. Can't get help from Samsung.

    I understand I understand. I don't know what's wrong. And I'm sorry I can't help you. I don't put my card information in my phone. So I basically use free stuff only.

    Having said that. I think there are plenty of free themes available which are amazing.

    Maybe a little compromise would be good?

    I have had the same issue. It required me to update Samsung Billing to complete the purchase. However the issue is with the update. I tried to uninstall the update from the application manager but you need the update to buy anything at the theme store.

    Thanks, I tried to explain to support that there had to be a problem with billing. Guess we will wait for another update. I'm calmed down about. I shouldn't spend the money anyway. Stuff should work though.
