Samsung s6 active touchscreen totally unresponsive

Hi. My Samsung s6 active screen is totally unresponsive. However, the volume, power and home, etc BUTTONS work. I've tried soft rebooting it (volume down + power), but touchscreen is still totally unresponsive. I've seen on other threads, there's a solution where you can enter in *#2663# on the phone, but as I said, screen is totally unresponsive. I can't even enter in my password to unlock the phone...
