    I had to get a new phone in early April. My Galaxy 5 went black one morning and that was it. I went for the Galaxy 6 and have had nothing but problems. The first one had a strong lag time between touching the screen and having the phone react. I took it to Verizon twice. They did a factory reset and many diagnostics. Although they did not find anything actually wrong a replacement was ordered. I got that yesterday. Since then it has frozen up numerous times and given me a black screen 4 times. Verizon finally did a factory reset and ordered me replacement #2. Anyone else having problems? Wondering if there is anything else I can do. Thanks!

    Nope ... Mine works right out of the box ....Updated to Marshmallow ..so far so good ..

    You might get the whole bad order ... try to go to another Verizon store see if you get the good patch ..!!
