Call screen ads (new Marshmallow update - AT&T)

I've been on Android for about 7 months now and I really like my Galaxy S6. Only recently (last week), I got a software update, I suppose this was Marshmallow - it is v6.0.1 now (so I assume I bypassed 6). Aside from the reported and annoying double screen lock issue, I see that when I disconnect from a call, I get an ad along with the contact that I just used. Screenshot:

My first thought was an app doing this - I had recently installed a theme after the update, so I removed/deleted that theme. I also uninstalled the stopwatch app (shown at the top of the screenshot) thinking that maybe somehow that was it - though I've used that app for awhile and it has never done this. So now I'm looking through settings and I can't find anything. Anyone else have this, or any ideas where the ads could be coming from?

Thank you for the guidance and input.

Check out City ID. AT&T is NOTORIOUS for installing this garbage on their phones. I'm guessing it could be that..

Some downloaded lockscreens do this, downloaded any lately?
