Why can't I import pictures from my Galaxy 6 to my computer?

I tried to import a new video into my computer and a pop-up said I have no new pictures to import. I tried everything I could think of, which is limited to be truthful, but no luck. This has never happened before. Do I need to update my phone or computer? I just updated my phone a couple of weeks ago.

When you say "import", it sounds like you're using some sort of software or sync'ing program. Is that correct?

Either way, have you tried just plugging your phone into the computer using your data/charging cable? If so, enable communication w/ the PC, navigate in your phone to the folder where the video is stored, and then copy/paste or drag/drop the video onto the PC.
