This has happened on several occasions. I now even close my planner and go back in to check that the event is still there, but events are still disappearing at a later date. . This happens with both single events and repeat events. For example I recently set up 2 recurring events for different days of the week and both disappeared.

    Are you saving these events?

By planner, do you mean calendar? Until recently, I had no Wifi access at work and we have almost no cell coverage in the building. If I added an appointment to my calendar when there was no coverage, the next time it tried to sync it back to Google it would fail, and then the appointment would be gone. I feel this is a major flaw - if I add something to the calendar on my phone then I obviously want it and the sync software should not lose it for failure to sync. Ensure that syncing is happening when you do have a good Wifi or cell signal, and avoid adding appointments when you don't have Wifi or cell signal.
