Why can't I answer calls on my Galaxy S6?

Why does can't I answer calls on my Galaxy S6?

When I get a phonecall the phone vibrates but nothing happens on screen so there is no way to answer it, even if I open the phone app whilst it is vibrating. I have checked and notifications are on for the phone app.

Hi, does this happen when anyone calls you or one specific number? do you have a 3rd party lockscreen / dialer installed that could be causing the issue.

Try booting the device in to safe mode and seeing if it still happens - if it doesn't then the issue is due to an app you have installed.
