After upgrade to android 7.0 everything changed. Display, settings, languages, text recognition

Hi Guys,
Two days ago i was prompt to update my galaxy samsung S6 which I did.
After I discovered that the display of the icons changed completely, the settings looks also completely different, whatsapp, facebook etc.. do not have text recognition anylonger, nor languages to use, though languages are configured.
It is very disappointing and ideally would like to remove the update.
For now the text recognition it is very important. It was used to be same area as the languages.

The latest version installed is Android 7.0 G920FXXUSEQBC/G20FXEG5EQC2/G920FXXUSEQ89

Did somebody experienced the same?
It is really annoying.

Yeah! There's lot of discontent with the new OS called Nougat
They removed cool features and introduced useless ones..like
the mentioned above. But the controversy is that, some

websites reviews and forum users claim "That" are the phone factories & carriers,,
Who customize the screen & add all those, so called bloatware apps

Regarding to remove the "N" update there're procedures to doSo
like rooting the phone or use special 3rd apps, but at the End
all cause issues, so the majority of users have no choice
than get used to..The new Android-OS rollBack -Noo-
