Straight out of the box, Galaxy 6 speakerphone has a problem

I have a hearing problem so I have to put people on speakerphone, I can't hear regular volume. When I attempt to talk with someone while they're on speakerphone, they say I'm breaking up.

What gives?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get the phone used or refurbished? I doubt there are any brand new Galaxy S6 phones available these days, considering how old it is. If it was used, contact the seller and ask them about this problem. If it was refurbished, it probably has a limited warranty (maybe up to 90 days), so make sure you take advantage of it.
