    Where did you see $45 activation fee? and the $10/mo is for data, which you would pay anyway if you bought the phone outright and wanted to activate the numberSync (which is freaking cool if you ask me)

    No, but you can watch their site directly. They have some deals, but not the buy one get one currently.
