Lock Screen Activating at Night

I have a strange problem in which my S7 Active lock screen turns on during the night, and stays on until morning when I manually turn it off. I don't want my screen to be on for hours at a time like that. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what did you do to stop it?

No notifications are present when the screen activates, so I'm not sure what could be waking it up like that, and I'm not sure why the screen timeout isn't turning it off.

Not sure what could be doing it...have you looked at your apps to see whats using data etc that might be a starting point, I guess I would start going down the line and disabling things and see if anything helps. Do you have the always on display going ? maybe turn that off for a start see what happens

Do you have quiet hours set up on your phone, just an idea see if that helps.
