Samsung pay problem

I tried using Samsung pay for the first time and not only did the transaction NOT go through but the phone restarted.

I tried using Samsung pay at home to view the tutorial, but again my phone restarted when i opened it up to view my credit card.

Can someone help me with this? I really would like you start using my phone for transactions.

Clear the phones cache. Power off. Hold home and volume up button then hold power. When it reboots into recovery use the volume down to select wipe cache partition. Hit power to select. Scroll to yes for reboot system now and power to select. If you already know how to do this cool, just didnt feel like coming back to type it all if you didnt know.

See if you can get into samsung pay now. If not my next step would be a factory reset.
