Register the device with Samsung if you haven't already, then wait a day or two and then start up an online chat and explain the situation. The support rep should be able to get you to the right department but I can't say what that is precisely. I had some issues with my Galaxy S4 Active a few years ago - the back panel clips snapped off and it wouldn't stay in place - and I contacted them, spent a few days (several chats lasting up to an hour) and got really nowhere because the device had barely been out a month when it happened.
AT&T had no spare back covers or spare parts at all so I had no choice but to contact Samsung. After a week I ended up sending an email to the CEO (seriously) and got his executive secretary to respond, then I sent another email, and another, and finally they just got sick of me emailing them and they sent me a replacement back cover.
I'm not saying they made it difficult for me and I'm not saying they'll make things difficult for you (mainly because you caused the damage apparently) but they should still be able to help you get it fixed even if they have to charge you to do it.
Hope this helps...
