I went with the SanDisk Extreme Plus - 95 read, 90 write. Best performance for pricepoint IMO - got a 64gb for $50, and then used the Samsung Pay $30 giftcard at BestBuy to make it $20.

But do we know how fast the card reader is in the phone. That was a issue with the Note3 in that the card reader in the phone limited access speed to the micro SD card when it was in the phone. I ran a benchmark on my 128GB card last night and only got about half it's rated speed for reads and writes.

Just picked up the Samsung EVO 32GB microSD Class 10 at BestBuy for $12 to put in my S7e. Plenty of extra space for me.

Thanks Vader, however in your test the speed is limited by the microUSB 2.0 interface on the S7 to 42 MB/s.
Could you please test the Lexar 1800x microSD card in the S7 with the apps "A1 SD" and/or "Androbench" (for latter don't forget to select the correct test target, first) and report the numbers you'll get, here?

So anyone having issues finding the "SanDisk Extreme PRO microSDXC UHS-II Card 128gb
Read Speed: up to 275MB/s
Write Speed: up to 100MB/s"

Directly on Amazon? When I search by the serial number product code provided by SanDisk it seems to just be an older model of the same card with same name? Model for 64 claims to be "SDSQXPJ-064G-ANCM3" comes up with "Sandisk Extreme Pro 64GB Class 10 UHS-I 95 MBps Read 90 MBps Write microSDXC" that is not the same thing that SanDisks website claims for this card? Any help would be great!

I purchased the SanDisk 64GB Extreme PRO microSD - Fastest available SanDisk (trusted brand) at a sweet-point for price (£35). The 128GB was too expensive and I'm sure 64GB will suffice.
