Bruins11 - I finally wrote to Samsung about it and apparently nobody else has yet, as they said they haven't heard of this problem yet. They told me to go to my carrier's local store and try charging another S7 Edge from them on my Wireless Charging Stand. I have no idea if Sprint will let me do that, but I guess I will try, since I don't know anyone else who has an S7/S7 Edge. This will rule out whether the problem is with the chargers (since this is my second because I exchanged the first one due to the charging issue) or my phone They also told me how to ship the Wireless Charging Stand to them for their people to test and check out. I think it would be worth your time to write to them, as well, since nobody else with this issue has.
