This could mean something or nothing but a status changed to preparing your item for shipping for the VR glasses only. This is wishful thinking that my pre-order will be shipped soon.

They don't want a mad rush at the store, was told.

I would love to just pick it up, bring it home, and fully charge it before I active it, but they want to activate it there. Have the feeling we'll get the HARD sale on cases, other accessories, and Geek Squad. I have no interest in ANY of it.

Yeah nunyabiziz , mine just changed to preparing on both VR and the SD card but not for the SGS7E. I'm hoping it'll change next!!!

As bmanzella527 said, Samsung gave the approval to start selling early. This looks like it's may be across all providers as att and version sent out shipping confirmation.

I did the exact same thing. I don't think you need an appointment.

My guess is that we'll get an email tomorrow. They don't want us to pick them up today. All it takes is for them to hit a button and their ready to be picked up. No appointment needed.
