Did a little sound test tonight. I am no audiophile by any means so this is ultimately my opinion.
Speaker only no headphones - Tie
Really close to the same. LG probably slightly more bass but S7 edge slightly cleaner. S7 Edge gets a little louder at very top end but starts to distort.
Plug in headphones - Samsung wins hands down.
I did do the adaptive sound set up before test on S7 edge. No such set up on LG.
Everything was substantially cleaner. Bass tighter. Just seemed quite a bit better all around.
Curious to see what others think. Supposedly this adaptive sound is the real deal. Proves to be true for me anyways.
