    Just checked again and mine changed from "Fulfillment pending," back to "Your submission is currently under review." I hope that's not a bad sign.

    I purchased from Sam's club on March 12th uploaded the receipt with purchase date, device name, carrier, on AT&T Next installment plan. It got rejected the first time stating "Your receipt doesn’t show a qualifying device purchase" and was asked to upload receipt or lease agreement. Since the receipt did not work i uploaded the Lease agreement on March 14th. it was rejected again. Giving the same reason "Your receipt doesn’t show a qualifying device purchase." .


    I further called up customer support for Prizelogic at : 888-795-6442. Waited for about 30 min for 1st time and the lady just kept repeating i have re-submit the receipt and not clearly stating what was missing there .. So again called up on the same day waited 50 min this time , and was told the receipt does not show the amount purchased. I told them the plan is AT&T next which means its device installment so i do not pay any downpayment and thats why it says purchase amount as $0, then he investigated further and told that since you have been rejected twice you cannot submit it again. (So be careful there is only 2 chance you will get)

    Then customer support executive talked to his supervisor and asked me to wait for 1 more day to get 2nd rejection email, however have not received it till now.

    I dont think it will work. It was a sheer ignorance of PrizeLogic for not looking at the receipt the very first time and just rejecting it.

    This seems to be happeneing for all of us who ordered GEAR VR. What I see from previous comments is that for S2 watch the status is "fulfillment pending". So this just seems to be a glitch.

    Submitted for 2 VRs (AT&T S7 and S7 edge) on Tuesday. Status changed to "fulfillment pending" for both yesterday (Wed) and it has yet to revert back like some of you have been experiencing. *knock on wood*

    I take it, no one has received their chosen promo item since this promo began?

    Your submission is currently under review", it just doesn't seem to be a good sign.
    it sounded like progress was being made (finally) when our statuses went from "under review" to "fulfillment pending", and when it reversed course, it just sounds pretty darned lousy - no two ways about it.

    what's with this 3rd party fulfillment company anyway? are they competent? who may we float this up to so senior management would take notice? is there such a thing as "Presidential Complaint Department" at Samsung?

    Not yet, they said it could take 4 to 6 weeks to process, and that's even before shipping, so I'm just sitting back and waiting, if it goes beyond that time frame then I'll start to chomp at the bit hah.

    I'm debating on wether or not I should just pay the $100 at Best Buy and get a $30 gift card for using Samsung Pay. So in a way it'll be like paying $70. Then just sell both free VRs IF I get them.

    Bought my S7 Edge outright from AT&T on 03/15. Applied for the VR promotion from Samsung the same day (03/15). Checked it the next day (03/16) after reading a Reddit Thread - it said "Fulfillment Pending" and has since then.

    When selecting T-Mobile on the Samsung promotional site, it claims that the amounts set aside for the promotion have been exceeded and that it is no longer available.

    Last week when I questioned T-Mobile's customer service about this potential occurrence, they stated that if the phone was purchased and claim submitted in the proper window of time, they would "most definitely make sure you get taken care of."

    We'll see how this is handled.

    I'm trying to enter my IMEI & MAC address and I keep getting this message "I am sorry your IMEI/HEX MEID and/or MAC Address were not valid. Please try again". A little frustrated since the deadline is fast approaching. Anyone else get this message and what did you do to get the info to take? I'm on T-Mobile.

    Something in the back of my mind is SCREAMING "class action lawsuit"!!

    This is terrible PR for Samsung. If they do not get on this fulfillment company and fix this, nobody will ever trust them again.
