    I contacted Verizon to discontinue my extra line today and they told me to go to a corporate store and bug them for a S2 since I hadn't received mine. My other option, according to her, was to bug the life out of Samsung. What a great sense of humor haha.

    At the close of our conversation she told me to bring documentation that I submitted for the offer and it hasn't been fulfilled to a corporate store. I forgot to screen shot it. But I might give it a shot.

    I don't mind that I still don't have mine (today or yesterday marked 1 month since approval) but it does bother me that I seem to be the only one that A) never got ANY email communications throughout the promo and B) still have "Shipping Date Estimate: Pending" as my current status on both S2's... I at LEAST got an email response confirming that they do show 2 S2's for me though (about a week after I replied to a canned response asking for that confirmation).

    you can call prizelogic who actually runs the promo and processes the shipment info. From the help page on the redemption site I found this:

    Is there a number I can call to reach customer service instead of submitting via email?

    ^^^I wish that was me....I submitted for the gear s2 on 3/9, got the confirmation email, no other email communications. My status has been 'approved, pending shipping' for 3-4 weeks. I know the watch is free and all that, but when you have people that submitted after you receiving their watches, that makes this all thing frustrating. And, i have a fedex account, nothing on there either.....sigh...

    I submitted around 3/9 too I think. Never got any emails, only able to check my status through the samsungpromo web site. It was pending for 4 weeks before I got the above message. I finally got an email saying this:

    Congratulations! Your submission has been approved. We will ship your
    Samsung Gear S2 to the mailing address you provided when registering
    for this Offer. Please note that due to the high level of interest in the
    Verizon Offer promotion, delivery times for Gear S2 are now extending into
    May and potentially Summer 2016.

    Once shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number.
