    I got the email. But they are sending me a great vr instead of the s2 and the email said my receipt showed I ordered at a store when I didn't. I ordered online! Just sent samsung an email to see if there's anything I can do

    Same for me. You may have missed that it said in store or with a business order. We are getting a discount on our bill from my wife's work so I believe that makes it count as a business order, if this is the case for you as well that is probably why.

    Ok, I just got 10x more excited to get my S2 watch. I just learned that the watch faces are customizable and I can put a Mickey Mouse face on it. Sorry to sound like a noob, but I have never used these smart watches before.

    I got my phone at Verizon store. And when I sent in my submission to Samsung for watch, they just sent me a notification stating that I can only get the VR. In 73 when am I going to use it. Anybody else have that problem?

    I am having the same issue and all prizelogic told me is that they cannot change it once submitted. I called Verizon and dealing with them now which seems to be just as bad.

    My shipping date is now estimated to be April 1st. I didn't even think to check if I'm getting the S2 or VR. I signed up for the S2. Now that I have they're sending me the VR because I supposedly ordered in store. I frigging give up with this promotion!!!!

    I hope so. I naively submitted a help ticket to PrizeLogic because I don't have the energy to get mad on the phone. Whatever ships to me is getting sent back. There's no resale value on a VR, so I couldn't even cushion the cost of a FitBit if I wanted to with selling a VR.

    I called with the same issue. They said they'd been getting bombarded with calls on it. They assured me it was an error and it was actually an S2 that was scheduled for shipment April 1st. We'll see what shows up.

    For some reason, I'll be very surprised if I receive an S2. There seemed to be something NQR from the moment I saw the phone on VZW, visited the fine print link, and saw that only the VR was listed. I just haven't been confident in it from the start, and conversations with VZW reps online did nothing to quell the questions, given their inconsistent answers. Nonetheless, I'm prepped to be surprised. I'm up for it. Ordered 2/24, received 3/10, claimed [s2] 3/10. Currently Approved / ship date pending.

    That was said out of mild irritation. I'd had, and still been having an incredibly horrible week in my personal life. I am choosing to take out all my frustration on an inanimate object, PrizeLogic.

    Though, I'm still going to be sorely disappointed if it's the VR that arrives.
