Ever since the time changed over night, the time on the weather widget is an hour behind. Anyone know how to fix this? It displays correctly on the lock screen just not on the home screen.

    Thanks

I would remove the widget and then add it back.

I've tried that on three phones and it did't work on any of them.

The last time I saw this I was helping a friend with the issue, I removed the widget, adjusted the time manually and then added the Widget again.

Well I got it working on two of the three phones by simply just adding it back to the home screen after several hours. One of my phones is still wrong but hopefully it will fix itself soon.

Looks like that widget gets the time form wherever it gets the weather from.

Now the time has gone back to being wrong again all on it's own.

Go to your time settings and change the time zone and/or Time from Auto to manually adjusted. As far as I can remember that was the only thing that fixed my friend's Widget after the time zone changed, clearly a bug but in the mean time it helps.

I can't get that to work either. Tried it a few times.

Did you change both, time zone and time or just time zone?

I'm using another widget now that works. Thanks for the help anyways.

This widget has done this the last several time changes on several phones. It catches up in due course. Can't remember it was hours or day last time, but it does fix it self.

I saved it to another home screen so I can see if and when it fixes itself. Years ago I discovered an app called HD Widgets that has some really nice weather and time widgets. I like using them with no background. Looks really nice depending upon the theme/wallpaper. They use the system clock so the time is never wrong.
