Does leaving NFC on most of the time drains the battery? If so how much is the estimate drain per hour?

No idea. I have mine disabled because sometimes my Samsung phones bump together just right and it activates the S beam thing. I wouldn't imagine it takes more energy than BT.

Can't say for this exactly, but the S5 worked out as 1% usage for a total battery depletion. Worth having on for the sake of 1%

The NFC is completely off when your device is locked.
And when NFC is on, the consumption is very (very) low.

Not comparable with BT and Wi-Fi.
