Firstly, this question applies to my S4 but might be handled here as well. The Mod can move this if needed. Just not getting any help in the S4 sub.

This has happened numerous times since the OS upgrade that made the external SD card obsolete. I'm now faced with having to free up memory on a daily basis.

If I recall, there used to be a simple tutorial in one of the subs here that guided users through steps to take to free memory. Does anyone know if it still exists or if there is something similar.

The easiest thing to do is transfer all photos and videos to a cloud service like google photos. High MP pictures and video take up a ton of space. Then get rid of all unused apps and clear ram from application manager settings. Maybe do a system cache clear. The instruction can be found by googling.

Thanks for the tips but I've done those things. There was an article that went deeper like using *#9900# to dump logcat file, etc.
