Galaxy S7 edge problems

My edge is not connecting to my gear s2 and I had severe charging problems such while in fast charge mode. My s5 charges faster than this edge. Any ideas?

Mine charges around 1.3% per minute on the factory charger.

As far as connecting to the GS2, I had the same problem. Did a factory reset on the watch, and it then connected just fine. There really isn't much or any data stored in the watch to lose.
