    I am experiencing an issue with all new Samsung Devices. My Facebook contacts are not syncing with my device. I have gone into Settings/Acounts/Facebook and it says "Sync disabled" for my email address. Under that is a heading "Sync with your device" and in that there is an option to enable sync and "Single sign on" pops up on the screen and it enables. However, when I go to back to Accounts/Facebook it still says "Sync disabled". Birthdays are not appearing in my S Planner. This is occurring on my Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy Tab S2. I also have a Galaxy S5 and S3 but Single Sign On works for these 2 devices and as soon as I enable it all birthdays appear in S Planner?

    Facebook has disabled syncing and widgets.

    That's on the App. I am aware of that. I am talking about the sync on the device. I spoke with my friend and she has the same mobile and she was able to turn the sync on?
